This week AS Plumbing & Gas have been involved in supporting our local charities.

We work closely with The Albany Centre & Theatre resolving all of their issues such as leaking toilets and broken taps but this week we received an email from The Albany explaining they are doing a military style 26 mile walk carrying 130kg between them in two days led by the Commando Temple in Deptford.

They are trying to raise £10,000 for young children in Lewisham who are unable to experience arts and cultural activities due to costs and travel. They have already reached over 50% of their target and it would be brilliant to get them all they way so please click here to donate if you can.

Our local plumbing merchant, City Plumbing also brought to our attention that they are raising funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust in conjunction with the FIFA World Cup 2018.

Around 7 people aged between 13-24 are diagnosed with cancer everyday. The Teenage Cancer Trust raise money to support those young people and help with their treatments. If you would like to donate to the cause please do and you can read some inspirational stories click here.
